ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1989
ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (SIXTH AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1988
Section 6. Amendment of section 171A.
Section 171A of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962 is hereby amended:
(
a
) by substituting the word "President" in line 1 in sub-section (1) the words "State Legal Adviser, Kedah Darulaman";
(
b
) by substituting the word "President" in line 1 in sub-section (2) the words "State Legal Adviser, Kedah Darulaman".
Passed in the State Legislative Assembly this 29th day of August, 1988 corresponding to the 16th day of Muharam, 1409.
