ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992

Section 2. New section 7B En. 9/1962.

The Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962 is amended by inserting after section 7A, the following new section 7B:

"Power to establish companies.

7B. The Majlis may establish or expand, or promote the establishment or expansion of, companies to carry on its activities either under the control or partial control of the Lembaga or independently."

Passed in the State Legislative Assembly this 22nd November 1992 corresponding to the 27th Jamadilawal 1413.
