ENACTMENT NO. 7 OF 1990
ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1989
Section 4. Amendment of section 171A.
Section 171 A of the principal Enactment is hereby amended:
(
a
) by substituting the words "State Legal Adviser Kedah Darulaman" in line 1 in sub-section (1) the word "President";
(
b
) by substituting the words "State Legal Adviser Kedah Darulaman" in line 1 in sub-section (2) the word "President".
Passed in the State Legislative Assembly this 30th day of July, 1989 corresponding to the 27th day of Zulhijah, 1409.
