ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (SIXTH AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1988
Section 5. Amendment of section 60.
Section 60 of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962 is hereby amended:
(
a
) by substituting the word "Majlis" in paragraph (
a
) the words "Pengarah Pendakwa";
(
b
) by substituting the words "Public Prosecutor" in paragraph (
b
) the words "Pengarah Pendakwa";
(
c
) by substituting the semicolon and the word "or" in paragraph (
c
) with a fullstop;
(
d
) by deleting paragraph (
d
).
