ENACTMENT NO. 2 OF 2000
ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (10TH AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2000
Section 2. Amendment of section 35 Enactment No. 9/1962.
Section 35 of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Enactment") is hereby amended as follows:
(
a
) By deleting and substituting the words "Chairman of the Fatwa Committee" for the word "Mufti" appearing therein.
(
b
) By deleting and substituting marginal note "Appointment of Chairman of Fatwa Committee" for the words "Appointment of Mufti".
