ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1989 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (SIXTH AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1988
Section 2. Amendment of section 2 (1).
Section 2(1) of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962 is hereby amended by inserting immediately before the definition of "Penghulu" the following new definition:
"Pengarah Pendakwa" means the State Legal Adviser Kedah Darulaman.
