ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1989

Section 2. Amendment of section 2(1).

Section 2(1) of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962, which in this Enactment is referred to as "the principal Enactment" is hereby amended:

) by deleting the words "State Legal Adviser Kedah Darulaman" and substituting with the words "President of the Religious Affairs Department Kedah Darulaman according to section 11(2) of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962" for the interpretation of the words "Pengarah Pendakwa".
