PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 162. Fetua.
If any person, other than the Chairman of the Fetua Committee or a person acting under powers conferred by this Enactment, issues or purports to issue any official fetua or ruling on any question of law of the Muslim Religion he shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
