Section 161. Report of conversions.
Whoever, being under a duty to report to the Majlis in accordance with the provisions of section 148 of this Enactment a conversion to the Muslim religion, wilfully neglects or fails to do so shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
