Section 15. Determination of appointments.

The appointment of any Member of, or the Secretary to, the Majlis shall determine-

(a)

upon his death, or

(b)

if he shall, by writing addressed to His Highness the SuItan through the President, resign such appointment, or

(c)

if he shall be absent from the State, without written permission from the President on behalf of His Highness the Sultan, for a period exceeding three months.
