PART VI - MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE

Section 137. Majlis to prescribe forms, certificates and fees.

(1) The Majlis shall prescribe the forms of registers to be kept, certiffcates to be issued and fees to be paid under sections 121, 126 and 128 of this Enactment.

(2) All fees collected under the provisions of this Part of this Enactment shall be disposed of as the the President may appoint.
