Section 114. Boundaries of mukim.

The Majlis shall have the power at any time to determine the boundaries of any kariah masjid and to amend or alter such boundaries. Any dispute as to the boundaries of a kariah masjid shall ordinarily be referred to the Legal Committee for its opinion.
