PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 168. Fetua.
If any person, other than the Mufti or a person acting under powers conferred by this Enactment, issues or purports to issue any fetua or ruling on any question of Muslim law or doctrine or Malay customary law he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
