Section 102. Audit.
The said annual balance sheet, income and expenditure account and list of investments shall prior to the issue thereof be audited and certified as correct by the Director of Audit, Malaya, or one of his officers. A copy of the auditor's certificate shall be annexed to all copies of the report and accounts as issued.
