PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 4. Saving of civil and religious liberties.

Save as expressly provided in this Enactment nothing contained herein shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of the Civil Courts.

(2) Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the rights declared and set forth in the proviso to Atticle V of the first part of the Laws of the Constitution of Selangor .
