Section 131. Inspection of and extracts from registers.

The registers of marriages and divorces under this Enactment shall be at all times open to inspection by any person applying to inspect the same and the Registrar or officer having custody of the register shall furnish to any person requiring the same a certified copy or extract of any entry therein or of any certificate counterfoil or other document upon payment of the prescribed fee.
