Section 150. Attendance at mosque.

Any male of the age of fifteen years or over who fails to attend prayers on Friday at a mosque shall, subject as hereinafter provided, be punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-fiye dollars:

Provided that no offence shall be committed by any such person if his absence is excusable under Muslim law.
