Section 144. Intoxicating.
Whoever shall in any shop or other public place purchase or sell or consume any intoxicating liquor shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine mot exceeding twenty-five dollars, or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
