Procedure (General)


Section 48. Seal.

(1) The Court of the Kathi Besar and every Court of a Kathi shall have and use such seal or stamp as His Highness the Sultan shall approve.

(2) Process of every such Court shall issue under the seal of the Court and the signature of the presiding officer thereof.
