ENACTMENT No. 9 Of 1962 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW ENACTMENT
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title.
This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1962, and shall come into force on such day as His Highness may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Highness may from time to time by notification in the Gazette appoint different dates for the coming into force of different provisions or Parts of this Enactment.
