Procedure (General)



Section 50. Advocates and Solicitors.

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any written law, no advocate and solicitor shall have the right to appear in any Court on behalf of a party to any proceedings if such appearance would be contrary to the provisions of Muslim law.

(2) Any advocate and solicitor so appearing shall plead in the language of the Court or through an interpreter provided by him and approved by the Court.
