PART II - MAJLIS Proceedings
Section 34. Secrecy.
The proceedings of the Majlis shall be secret and no Member or servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person, other than His Highness the Sultan or the Mentri Besar or any Member of the Majlis, any matter which has arisen at any meeting unless he is expressly authorized to do so :
Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to proceedings and matters which have been submitted to and have received the approval of His Highness the Sultan.
