Section 101. Annual Report.
The Majlis shall cause full and true accounts of the Fund to be kept and shall as soon as possible Report after the31st day of December of every year issue and publish in the Gazette a report on the activities of Majlis during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet of the Fund as at the 31st day of December, and income and expenditure account for the year and a list of the properties and investments of the Fund showing their cost price, if bought, and estimated value as at the 31st day of December.
