Section 84. Judgments.

(1) Every judgment of the Court shall after delivery be drawn up in writing, dated, signed by the presiding officer of the Court, and sealed, and shall be retained with the record. Any party shall be entitled on payment of the prescribed fee to obtain a certified copy of the judgment.

(2) A judgment may declare the rights of the parties inter se, or may order a party to do any act or thing including the payment of money, or both.
