PART IX - OFFENCES

Section 144. Disregard of Ramadan, Hari Raya Haji and Hari Raya Fitrah.

Whoever disobeys the lawful order of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in respect of the commencement of Ramadan, Hari Raya Fitrah or Hari Raya Haji shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
