Section 71. Joinder and consolidation.
More persons than one may be joined as plaintiffs or defendants, and ,ore causes of action than one may be raised in the same proceedings, but the Court may order separate trials in its discretion. The court may in its discretion try two or more proceedings together if they relate to the same issues of fact or law.
