PART VI - MOSQUES
Section 84. Restriction on new mosques.
(1) No person shall erect any mosque, or dedicate or otherwise apply any existing building as or for the purpose of a mosque, without the permission in writing of the Department.
(2) Such permission shall in no case be given unless the site of the proposed new mosque has been, or will prior to the erection or dedication thereof be, made a wakaf.
