Section 152. Report of conversions.
Whoever, being under a duty to report to the Majlis in accordance with the provisions of section 139 of this Enactment a conversion to the Muslim Religion, wildfully neglects or fails to do so shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
