PART III - RELIGIOUS COURTS-CONSTITUTION AND JURISDICTION
Section 46. Advocates and Solicitors.
(1) No advocate and solicitor shall have the right to Advocates appear in any Court on behalf of a party to any proceedings if such appearance would be contrary to the provisios of Muslim law.
(2) Any advocate and solicitor so appearing shall plead in to language of the Court or through an interpreter provided by him and approved by the Court.
