Section 66. Annual Report.
The Commissioner shall cause full and true accounts of the fund to be kept and shall as soon as possible after the 31st day of December of every year issue and publish in the Gazette a report n the activities of the Department during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet of the Fund as at the 31st day of December, an income and expenditure account for the year and a list of the properties and investments of the Fund showing their cost price, if bought, and estimated value as at the 31st day of December.
