Section 131. Intoxicating.
Whoever shall in any shop or other public place purchase or sell or consume any intoxicating liquor shall be liable to be punished with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars, or in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
