Section 24. Minutes.

(1) The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Majlis and at every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.

(2) Such minutes shall be entered in the minute book of the Majlis and shall include a full verbatim record of every resolution of the MajIis.

(3) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis a copy of the draft minutes s all be sent to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. If on confirmtion such draft minutes are amended, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall forthwith be informed of the amendments made:

Provided no decision referred in any of the minutes of the MajIis shall be acted upon until the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has in writing signified his assent.
