Section 33. Majlis may prescribe own procedure.

The Majlis may, subject to the provisions of this Enactment, determine all questions relating to its own procedure and practice:

Provided that all communications from the Majlis to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall be forwarded through the Chief Minister or such other person, as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, after consultation with the Majlis, may direct.
