Procedure in Criminal Matters


Section 50. Clemency.

(1) His Highness the Sultan in Council may commute, suspend or remit any sentence or part thereof.

(2) Nothing herein contained shall affect the right of His Highness the Sultan to exercise His prerogative of pardon and mercy.
