Section 39. Constitution of Kathis' Courts.

(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by notification in the Gazette constitute a Court of the Kathi Besar for the State.

(2) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by notification in the Gazette constitute Courts of Kathis at such places as he may deem fit, and may prescribe the local limits of jurisdiction of such Courts.
