Section 31. Secrecy.
The proceedings of the Majlis shall be secret and no Member of servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person, other than the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or any member of the Majlis, any matter which has arisen at any meeting unless he is expressly authorised to do so:
Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to proceedings and matters which have been submitted to and have received the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
