PART X - OFFENCES

Section 129. Application.

(1) This Part of this Enactment shall apply only to persons professing the Religion of Islam.

(2) No prosecution for any offence which is an offence against this Enactment only shall be had in any Court other than the Court of the Chief Kathi or a, Court of a Kathi.
