PART III - RELIGIOUS COURTS-CONSTITUTION AND JURISDICTION
Section 54. Sanction of Majlis.
No prosecution for an offence against section 154, 155, 157, 158, 159 or 162 of his Enactment shall be insti-tuted save in pursuance of a resolution of the Majlis sanctioning such prosecution, and a certified copy of such resolution shall be produced, to the Court before any summons or warrant is issued. Such certified copy shall form part of the record at the trial.
