Procedure (General)



Section 30. Advocates and Solicitors and Pleaders.

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any written law, no advocate and solicitor or pleader shall have the right to appear in any Court on behalf of a party to any proceedings such appearance would be contrary to the provisions of Muslim Law.

(2) Any advocate and solicitor or pleader so appearing should plead in the language of the Court or through an interpreter provided by him and approved by the Court.
