ENACTMENT NO 4 OF 1955 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW ENACTMENT, 1955 (1374H)
Section 151. Contempt of religious authorities.
Whoever shall be guilty of any contempt of the lawful authority of His Highness the Sultan in his capacity as the Head of the Religion of the State, or of the Department or Majlis or any Committee or Member or officer thereof or of any pegawai masjid, or of any Court or the presiding officer thereof, shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or with both such imprisonment and fine.
