Section 155. Unlawful mosques.
Whoever, in contravention of the provisions of section 106 of this Enactment, erects any mosque, or dedicates pr otherwise applies any existing building as or for the purposes of mosque, without the permission in writing of the Majlis, shall be guilty of an offence punishable with fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, and the Court may, subject to any rights of any third party, order the person convicted to demolish the building.
