ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW ENACTMENT, 1955 (1374H)



Section 143. Breach of secrecy.

Whoever in breach of the provisions of this Enactment or of any Rules, Orders or Regulations made thereunder improperly discloses or divulges any matter, which it was his duty to keep secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars or with both such imprisonment and fine.
