Section 123. Appeal from order of Registrar.

(1) Any person dissatisfied with an order made by a Kathi under sub-section (6) of section 122 of this Enactment may appeal to the President.

(2) On receipt of such an appeal the President shall refer it to an Appeal Committee appointed by him in accordance with the provisions of section 41 of this Enactment.

(3) Such Appeal Committee shall in such manner as it shall consider appropriate enquire into the order made by a Kathi against which an appeal has been lodged and shall either confirm or overrule such order.
