PART IX - OFFENCES


Section 164. Incitement to neglect religious duty.

Whoever incites or persuades any person professing the Muslim Religion to refrain from attending any mosque or from attending religious instruction shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment not exceeding months or with fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
