ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW ENACTMENT, 1955 (1374H)



Section 145. Religious teaching.

Whoever, save in his own residence and in the presence only of members of his own household, teaches or professes to teach any doctrine of the Religion of Islam without the written permission in that behalf of the Department shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or with both such imprisonment and fine.
