Section 132. Food in Ramathan.
Whoever shall during the hours of daylight in the month of Ramathan, purchase for immediate consumption, or sell to a person professing the Religion of Islam for immediate consumption, or consume, any food, drink or tobacco shall be liable to be punished with fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars, or in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
