PART IX - OFFENCES



Section 151. Failure to report.

(1) Whoever, being under a duty to report to a Registrar under section 120 and 121 of this Enactment, wilfully neglects or fails to do so shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.

(2) Whoever, being under a duty to report, or having reported, to a Registrar under sections 120 and 121 and having been required by such Registrar to furnish any information or to execute or sign any document lawfully necessary for the purpose of effecting registration thereof, wilfully neglects or fails to comply with such requirement shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding  twenty-five dollars.

(3) Whoever makes to any Registrar orally or in writing any wilfully false statement or decleration relating to any matter required under the provisions of this Enactment to be recorded or registered by such Registrar shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
