PART VII - MAINTENANCE OF DEPENDANTS
Section 131. Application.
(1) The Married Women and Children (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1950 [F.M. Ordinance No. 36 of 1950], shall not apply in the State of Malacca to any person professing the Muslim religion anf whose wife or whose child professes the Muslim religion except in respect of the maintenance of illegitimate children.
(2) This Part shall apply only to claims made by a Muslim against a Muslim.
