Section 150. Unlawful solemnization of marriage.
Whoever solemnizes or purports to solemnize any marriage between persons both professing the Muslim Religion in contravention of the provisions of Part VI of this Enactment, or knowingly purports to solemnize any marriage which is void under the provisions of such Part, shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
