Section 126. Custody and return of registers and records.
(1) Every Registrar shall keep safely each register committed to his charge and, if he shall leave the locality for which he is Registrar pr cease to hold office as Registrar, shall make over the same with all records kept by him to the President.
(2) On the death of a Registrar, his registers and records shall forthwith be given to the President.
(3) As soon as any register has been completely filled the Registrar shall deliver the same to the President to be kept by him in safe custody.
